are many creative ways to use word procesing in the classroom beyond typing
papers. This lesson plan uses the pwer of word processing to help
students learn the structure of narrative, a Langauge Arts Core Curriuculum

Description:
In
this lesson students are presented with a computer file containing the
story of the Lion and the Mouse but with the sentences scrambled into a
random order. The students work in teams using a word processor to
put the sentences in the correct order to tell the story. They use
graphics software to create illustrations and then put all their work together
to create their own picture book. |
