Faculty Center Reservation Request

The Faculty Center has equipment which can be checked out for use by faculty for university sponsored events (i.e. conferences, events, classroom use, etc). The equipment is for use by faculty only and is not loaned to staff employees.

All items checked out by faculty must be returned on the morning of the date stated. The maximum loan period is 5 working days. If items are not returned on time the following fees will be assessed:

Fees:
$5.00 1st day late
$5.00 per day thereafter
