Mission Statement

The mission of the Faculty Center is to support faculty in the pursuit of excellence in teaching, learning, and scholarship.

Goals:

• Provide venues for faculty to present their scholarly work to the university community.
• Train and assist faculty.
• Provide web-based tutorials on various teaching applications.
• Publish six issues a year of “Blueprint for Change,” dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in teaching and learning.
• Provide presentation equipment for faculty to use in classroom/conference presentations.
• Provide competent, trained students to assist faculty with classroom projects or conference presentations.
