Questions for Student Survey of Library Services
The library is conducting a survey of students about library services, facilities and collections. The survey should take approximately 20 minutes. Please fill out the survey completely. If you need to skip a question or stop taking the survey altogether, you may. The survey is anonymous. You will be asked to provide your T number and an email address if you wish to enter the drawing for the iPod Touch. This information will be kept separate from the survey to insure the anonymous nature of the survey.
To be eligible, you must be a current SUU student with a valid T-number. One entry per student. If you have questions about the survey, please contact Scott Lanning at lanning@suu.edu.
