An Interim Evaluation is conducted as a training tool by the Site Supervisor at each Practicum Site some time around the midway point in the Practicum work schedule. This is an opportunity to discuss strengths and to improve specific issues that will enrich the Practicum experience. Students retain the Interim Evaluation Form for their own records.
