Department Request for Purchasing Library Materials
Due to university budget cuts for 2013-14, individual academic departments will not receive budget allocations this year for the purchase of library materials. However, departments may continue to make requests using the form below. These requests will be considered for purchase by the appropriate library department liaison. The following criteria will be considered when selecting materials: support of the curriculum, author's and publisher's reputation, timeliness, permanence, cost, and projected usage.
All requests must be submitted by January 31 to be considered for purchase during the current academic year.
Before submitting your request, please check the Library catalog to see if we already own the item.
